A Department Manager makes the big bucks all the time and catches all the ramblings of the Store Managers and District Coordinators.
A Back-up fills in for the Department Manager.
A Lead oversees a small department but only gets a small increase in pay.
Grocery Manager has a back up. When the Grocery Manager is on vacation or off during the week, the back-up fills his position and gets higher pay if they fill in for entire week.
