Yes, This is why they complain when you don't take your lunches. 10 min or more past 8 hours is overtime.

In ufcw 75 you only get overtime if you are full time status 3. If you are status 4 and work 12 hours one day nut only have 38 hours for the week that won't get you overtime.

Any thing worked over eight hours is considered over time.  Legally for every five plus hours are guaranteed a lunch.  Any shift 9 hours or more you are allowed a lunch every five hours.  You are guaranteed a ten minute break every 2 or 3 hours.  You lunch does not count as your break.  They are separate entities.  You can not be denied a break on a shift that is six hours long and lunch is in the middle.  If you are scheduled 40 hours and work over 40 hours you will get over time unless you are scheduled for a Sunday shift then it is just regular pay.  Or what ever contract you are hired into.

According to union contract anything over 8 hours is considered over time.  Legally union contract says we can not work more than an eight hour day.  With an hour lunch at most.
