PLEASE, PLEASE, try this: Go to the forum "SEARCH" box on upper right of this page, and type in PRODUCE. Read a lot, (at least 10 threads / discussions) posted over the last couple years and get a better idea of issues from a number of employees who have worked in that department. I hope this helps.
