All depends on how good the crew and DH are. Same for meat.

You won't get anywhere unless there are seasoned employees who can train you.

This subject has been beat to death over the last year or so. There are no "GOOD" or "RIGHT"  answers. PLEASE, PLEASE, try this: Go to the forum "SEARCH" box on upper right of this page, and type in PRODUCE. Read a lot, (at least 10 threads / discussions)  posted over the last couple years and get a better idea of issues from a number of employees who have worked in that department. I hope this helps.

 Let's put it this way.  What are you more familiar with?  Do you know about different cuts of meat and how to prepare them, or do you know about fruits and vegetables?
