If the new person gets more hours than me, I'll be throwing the biggest fit ever. My hours got cut way down because we have some body new, but if she gets more hours I'll throw as big if not a bigger fit as the ones who worked there longer than me did when I ended up with over time and they didn't!!!!

If they end up with more than you, then bump them and take the hours back.

In many cases, if you have limited availability, they can give a person with open availability more hours than you even if they have less seniority.

It goes by seniority first, availability next.  Do you have open availability?

    Yes! M availability is opened morning and night. My other job works with my Kroger schedule.
