Can you still get your raise If you have a write up?

Your raise is in your contract. The only way it can be taken away is if you get fired or quit.

If the contract says you get a raise, then you get that raise. Even if you have a write up waiting for you

If you get a write up, request a Union Steward and Grieve It. I have seen too many good workers get a write up for BS and people that should be GONE get their jobs back and act like they played the system (and then repeat the cycle)
