They must have cared enough at my store to have a mini random huddle one night to go over people not clocking out to take their smoke breaks etc. But if it's supervisors doing it at your store. Then no doubt they probably don't care as much.
Think about it, most people getting promoted now are people that "kinda" fit the needs of the position I'm not saying "smoke breaks" and other stuff didn't happen before, but it happened because of a random situation. When Department Heads are barely 18yo and you cant actually hire anyone ......lucky the doors are open! When was the last time the company implemented a complete process, where it didn't have large flaws?
