Hi, I'm writing a proposal on the issues with UFCW and how it affects Kroger employee's wages. I'm comparing the UFCW227's union guidelines with the other store within the Louisville district (Jay-C) and how they differ from being Union/Non-union and if it's better off at one or the other. Basically abolishing the union or reforming the union's guidelines would help employee's wage and maybe the company's retention.

Basically if anyone can provide articles, sources, or anything that might support this, I would be most grateful.
