I think people forget their position still needs to fit the scheduled of our customers!! People think flexible means not coming into work, changing their start/end times at a moments notice!
To be flexible in a Customer Service industry you have to have overlapping associates/scheduled to accommodate "Flexibility" .
I've met him before! he likes to come in and eat the apples hahaha, at least I saw him do it once when I still worked there. his 3 dollar off your purchase coupons are a nice gesture, but I'd have just as soon taken 3 dollars more per hour instead.
