Hi, i recently got promoted to natures market dept. head what change should i expect in my salary? (hourly wage)

I would expect your previous wage, plus "a little something, something", but not anything to get excited about.  I'm surprised they are still "promoting" people to this position, Natural Foods Departments are going away and just becoming regular grocery.

There's still a nutrition lead though that stocks those items under grocery now instead of produce.

But you only get like a 50 cent or a dollar (not sure which) premium for it. Its actually kind of a ripoff position.

In the "integrated" stores I don't know if they are even "promoting" people to this position anymore! The only real task that is different then stocking shelves, would be bulk foods.

yeah they played aroun with me for a while then they said theyre integrating it with everything else and gave me 25 cents
