We haven't heard a thing in our store-and haven't for the past 4 years!!

These idiots only care about the phony customer surveys. they don't care about employee surveys  and haven't heard any results in last 5 years.

The whole company decreased, even GO........ So if the High Ups cant even keep the people in their same building happy! GO All Hands Meetings....CANCELED, KMA Leader Summit....CANCELED.... Lets just CANCEL associate moral and communication!

Well, pastries were ordered for management's 20-minute, "action-plan" meeting.
