all of this weirdness started on monday when i filed my 14th job application in a span of 2 years in high hopes that i would get a job, then out of nowhere on 1 PM Tuesday Afternoon i received an email to call this 1-844 number to speak to a recruiter for a brief phone interview but i did not view the email till after hours so i called the number Yesterday Afternoon and when i gave them my reference number the lady on the phone told me that my store has temporally froze interviews for a few days and thats when things started getting weird, then eariler today i called up the hiring manager at my kroger store and when i told her what happened the previous day and even she agreed with me that was weird and the hr told me she would look my information up and call me back to set up an interview and thats my story so far., i will update if i get a job at kroger
