What types of cards can be reloaded at the register?

Had a new cashier ask me how to reload a 1-2-3 Rewards card, and I had no idea. This is on the Toshiba touch screen registers.

I thought you do the "Swipe Reload" button and then slide the card on the reader on the side. But they told me that didn't work.

Also, can Kroger gift cards be reloaded at the register?

I've personally successfully reloaded a Green Dot card at the register for a customer. Just wondering what other cards can be reloaded.

In order to reload a 123 rewards card at your attendant station, you have to key in the code 5917, then type in the amount the customer wants to load, press enter, then swipe card along side the vertical card slot of attendant station screen and hit total. The reload fee should be added and the customer can then pay with cash or a debit card. Kroger gift cards can be reloaded at a register too. All you have to do is scan the card, key in the amount customer wants to load, press enter, hit total and cash cash (Hit cash key twice). Till will pop open, you can close it if the customer paid with a debit card and not cash.

KPF Prepaid cards are only able to be purchased/reloaded with Cash payment.  Kroger Gift Cards are any payment, to reload, scan the back of the card and then enter them amount.  After you enter the amount and hit enter, slide the card though the keyboard/touch screen.  You will then need to hit total to have the card appear on the screen, payment is then processed like any other item.

CASHIERS!!  You only hit CASH/CASH when your have cash in your hard or "0" balance after another form of payment.
