OSATS do not affect rank and file like us, just the manager and the DM. They are all Jerks especially DM. We have to take a stand on the way we are treated as a store hourly!!! Revolution!!!!
Hahaha no. Crap rolls downhill, and while OSAT *more directly* affects management, they take it out on us. It is really not the best interest of you or your coworkers to encourage negative responses to the survey.
