With the usual disclaimer that it might not be like this at all stores/divisions, I got holiday pay but the ASP had to manually enter it after the vacation had ended because the system didn't process it automatically.

I usually do. But usually they are anal about you taking vacation during holiday week. Check your union contract (If you joined union) to be sure
