For the past two months or so I've been placing the refund slips immediately inside the till bag located in underneath the till.I'll immediately open up the till after the customer signs it, lift the till up then place it into the bag.Bookkeeping keeps telling me my slips do not make it to the office. What should I do?I'm doing my part.I'm not signing a piece of paper that says my paperwork is going missing. It will eventually lead to a suspension if I accumulate enough.I am innocent.
I was going to tell them to watch the video. If I am innocent I will not sign it for someone else lost it.If they force me to sign it I'm going to say I will not sign it unless a union rep is available. This is getting ridiculous as they are auditing my work.I'm find it offensive as I've been doing my job correctly to my highest degree for over eight years. This new store has no trust in me and is finding every little way to get me written up.

Go to the Union. Don't sign anything. If they don't have you in camera doing something they have no proof. Burden of proof is on them.
Dont sign anything. Had this problem at one of my stores. The bookkeeper was losing refund receipts. We started stapling all of them to the under 10 log they had us keep.
At our store, all we do is paperclip all the refunds together (which help keep them in order when the bookkeeper goes to match them) and have them in a tray between our customer service lanes and then the customer service closer puts them in the office for the bookkeeper in the morning
