Nope, you might be able to sneak them by if your pants cover them.....but then no one can see the "Cute".

If you aren't a back up manager, then I would say just like EUID said. You will have to wear them under your jeans. I wear my winter boots the same way. As they aren't technically work safe shoes. But the pair of those that I had originally killed my feet and totally had my feet freezing in the freezer. Which I work in the majority of the time. So to avoid the frost bite I wear what I need to, so I can keep doing my job.

You might be able to wear them if you work on the front end and you wear the proper Kroger uniform slacks with them.  If you work in any other department where you have to wear safety shoes, then definitely not.  Anyway, if they're that cute, I wouldn't want to risk getting them scuffed up showing them off to Kroger people.

Don't think I've ever seen any female wearing any type of heel in my store. They're all basically wearing some type of sneaker.

Well, what's your store's dress code? At my store, they really don't care about shoes as long as they're closed toe. Since it's winter, I wear boots and nobody says anything. I feel that as long as you have the proper shirt and pants then it shouldn't be an issue.

Oh, yeah. Now that I think about it, there is this one lady cashier at our store who always wears a long dress and heels. It's a black dress though, reaches down to her ankles. Also always wears a Kroger baseball cap. Managers let her do it. Then again, she's been with Kroger since like 1990.
