I think if they were real fbi, they would have gone thru the store manager instead of the uscan clerk.
Yeah, which is why he asked to speak to a security guard or manager. I pointed him to the nearest ACSM, who then radioed the store manager down. A couple minutes later he was talking to two security guards and the store manager. It was a pretty long conversation.
Just came up to me, showed me his FBI creds, and asked to speak to one of the security guards. Apparently he was conducting an investigation.
I've never met a real life FBI agent before. Now I can cross that off my bucket list.
Probably credit card fraud or a theft ring, something like that. Would be organized/high dollar for FBI to involve itself. Counterfeit currency investigation would have been handled by a Treasury Agent, and you'll probably see one of those eventually if you haven't already.
