That is all Mgmt is now..... either recent College Grads that can't get a job in their field or a Department Head that was was "convinced" to "Move up in the Company". What happened to the Co-Manager that left? Did she do her time over the river and she was paroled back to KY?

Yep most new co managers never intended to be managers at a grocery store but that's all their worthless degree could get them.
Not all degrees are worthless as most have 1/2 the classes that are the same between degrees. But I'm not sure what jobs a person with a history degree would get other then teaching. I would say most colleges do not go a good job with really directing students to degrees what would sustain their futures. As of 5 years ago being a member of Str Mgmt wasn't completely horrible, other then the normal retail hours..etc
