It seems like every couple months I have to monitor my pay stub and notice that they're shortchanging me again. This time it's about 20 bucks for the past 3 weeks. It's not so much the amount as the inconvenience. Plus their stupid system not knowing my pay rate since I'm higher than the ladder says I should be. It's super frustrating to do the accounting that their expensive system should be doing instead. And I work my ass off for that money, so I'd like to keep that tiny bit so I can, you know, buy groceries and gas to get to work.
