I am involved in a situation at work. I didnt take any part in it however Im suspended pending investigation. I spoke to my union rep and she said my grievance has been filed. I was curious about how long it takes to get that meeting?
Most of the time it's a few weeks. If your suspended pending....request your Union Rep to ask for you Vacation time to be used. If your suspended pending and don't get you job back your doing to be paid out for your vacation anyways, if you win your grievance request restitution.
