There is NO satisfactory answer to that question. ALL departments can be either bad or good ("good", relatively speaking), depending on your particular store, who the dept lead is, what kind of persons your store manager and co-managers are, how the store is laid out and how much room you have to work in, how much training and encouragement you get, how busy your dept is, if there is enough help scheduled in your dept (probably not enough, judging from the way things have been getting worse and worse the last few years) , how well you will get along with your co-workers, etc, etc, etc .........................
