No. I direct them to a pay phone or let them use the store phone if its local. They asked me why they can't use my phone and I politely said "because its mine." They left in a huff. Not sure if they got a gift card to placate them after my refusal to use my phone, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did.
I loved when people asked to use the phone and they had their phone in their hands, I'm thinking to myself...if you would have paid your phone bill instead of buying beer/cigarettes/others.

Gotta be careful on how you answer nowadays. I seen one guy get the living crap beat out if him because he was rude on refusing to spare a couple of bucks. It was his fault though. He ran his mouth after the guy who asked him responded with a rude comment and things escalated quickly.

I don't go through the world looking for trouble, but on this particular subject, beggars, I've had my ****ing fill. Yeah, they're getting more aggressive here too----and it's because people don't stand up to them. I'll keep doing that, come what may. We've gotten way too pussified as society as it is. Not me.
**** no. I worked hard at a job that I loathe to earn money for that phone, and it would be a tremendous pain in the ass if they broke it or ran off with it. They can use the phone at the service desk. If I felt I needed to justify an excuse, I might tell them I'm out of minutes.
