Exactly. I still care though, but I'm very disappointed about lack or raises. Will be looking for another job before I start resent working for Kroger completely.
Although unions have always been and always will be needed, and the fed. gov. was right to enact minimum wage laws, companies did not used to be this f u c k i n g greedy. There was a healthy, workable ballance between their profit goals and the working American's take home pay----now? You can't support yourself on this s h i t let alone a family.

Every time change and cash back gets lost in the U-scan machine I do what I'm suppose to do. Reprint the receipt, jot down what machine it was, and store it under the till until till exchange when it goes to the front office.
Always wonders what happens to that unclaimed money. Straight into Kroger's pockets or money services cashiers?

Kroger pockets. This is exactly why I NEVER EVER turn in ANY cash I find. No ID Then it goes into MY pocket. (If I see the customer actually drop it then I return it to them no questions asked. Same.with a wallet. ID, credit or debit gets turned in. No ID, credit, or debit, then the cash in the wallet is mine.
