Coworker bullying, picking on me. It's carried on long enough. Discrimination?

One of my coworkers is bullying, picking on me and it needs to stop.  She nit picks on ever detail I do, watches me like a hawk, undoes a lot of the work I do, rudely coaches me in front of customers, will not assist me when I have questions regarding simple things, ignores the fact that I have 8+ years job experience before I came here, gives certain coworkers higher respect and does not do this b.s. to them, nips little rude comments towards me, gives me a job task then scolds me for "not doing my job", and watches every paperwork detail I do.  If she finds an error she brings it to my attention makes me sign a paper (If I get enough of them she can write me up.  Three write ups lead to suspension.)   and I honestly do not understand why I am signing it.  She gives a little blurb, I tell her I don't understand, she flips out a little verbally, but I still don't understand why I'm signing it.  Next time she demands I sign this I'm demanding union representation and telling her she's in violation of dshsh discrimination laws.  There are several other individuals that show up on this paper but for some reason only my name is highlighted.  Is this discrimination?  I've been telling a manager I trust with these details and every incident that occurred but I want it to stop.

Yes, I have a disability.  VCFS with vpi and spinal degeneration.  The only thing normal about me is that I can converse at a normal level.  I learn more slowly than others and require repetition with coaching to get a job down.

Yes, I have already decided long before I placed this post to put my foot down on this.  I didn't swap a city of bullies for one bully picking on me every day.  I near sued my last location and they should be thankful a higher power (Jesus) recommended me not to sue them. I will not hesitate to do it again.  As far as I'm aware I'm doing my job correctly to company protocol and she keeps trying to throw me under the bus so to speak.

She ignores the fact that I have 8+ years experience and clearly know what I am doing and fully trained. She treats me like I'm a new higher and barely know my job.

She only highlights my name on the price over ride sheet an no one elses.

She scolds me for not turning in a customer receipt with a return.  When it is not the customer's obligation to turn it in. Customers love it when you're the only cashier in line and tell them sorry while I take my time to go make a copy of this receipt.

She scolds me for not writing down driver license numbers on checks below 1,000 when the computer is the fail safe and always requests.

When I'm running self check and need to do job duties at the podium she scolds me for standing there and not assisting customers.  Even if I'm in the middle of assisting one.  This happens several times and continues to happen. More than half of my coworkers stand at the podium and do not get scolded for "not doing there job."

On my second day at this store, I set up self check with plastic and paper.  I'm use to a high volume store so I place more than what they're use to.  She goes through and tears each one off and sets it back into the container underneath and scolds me about how "There can't be more than one plastic on the stand." She's done this at least three times to me.  If she doesn't say it directly to me I can hear her murmuring to others that it's too full.

She sent a customer with a coin star towards me and I processed the order.  Two minutes later she scolds me about how I'm standing at the podium not doing my job.

I assisted a customer with a coupon and their order at the self check next to the podium.  She scolds me about how I'm loafing about at the podium not doing my job.  Through the check stand phones.

She asks me to write a note about why I shut down a self check machine and then scolds me as I'm writing the note that I'm not paying attention to the customer line and need to pull people over.

I asked her to help me on digital coupons because she's getting irate with us price over riding everything and she told me "Figure it out your self." in a rude manner.

At our store the fes sends us to break and if there is not one she scolds me with a reminder to go to break.  When I first transferred there she started quoting about how I was doing nothing right according to "store protocol".  I'm sorry but I didn't think there was such a thing as store protocol.  It's company protocol.  Company protocol apparently means nothing at this store.

This is just the beginning and I could go on and on.  This is the b.s. she's done to me since I've started here.  I've barely been at this store and she's clearly a bully.

Stand up to her and let her know firmly that if it continues you WILL be reporting her to the proper channels. Document EVERYTHING she says (secretly record her if able to do so) that way you will have proof. Call your union as well. Be prepared for retaliation. Nobody deserves to be bullied. Is she a dept. Head? She may use that to her advantage if she retaliates. Good luck

She's not a department head.  She's classified as Journeyman Cashier (same as me) but has several job duties.  She acts like she's in charge but really not. She acts like she's the boss of me but in reality she's not.

All this and she's not a CSM or ASCM? Wow. Yes, you need to get the union involved NOW and anyone else you need to. Contact your front end coordinator. Someone. Anyone.

When i first got to my current store, i felt i was being bullied by someone too. I was so close to reporting them, but then some personal stuff happened and something changed. Now, i consider this person a friend. Obviously that doesn't happen in all cases. I wish you the best though. I know how it feels to dread going into work for fear of how you'll be treated.

Is this person a coworker or a manager. Coworkers can not write you up! Only management can.

I've been extra nice to her since I almost verbally retaliated and attacked her back in a professional high school manner.  This was about a month ago when I noticed this starting.  (Keep in mind I'm in my thirties some times you slip and go back to basics.)  This was to retaliate against her bullying.  She hasn't looked at me the same since then.  If anything she's gotten more aggressive towards me in her tactics.  I've been extra nice to her since that day and she seems to be retaliating against me more and more and more.  Payback? Maybe?  To be honest I think she's just the high school pretty girl blond that got her way her whole life and all of a sudden she ends up in a dead end job and has to strive hard to keep it.  Where as some one like me I'm actually very lucky to have graduated school, done some college, passed with a AA degree and I finally found a company that doesn't fire slow learners in the first few months.  She continues to display traits of complaining and she seems to pick certain individuals she picks on more than others.  Individuals she works with well in clicks she never reports them or does any of this b.s. to.  I see their checker numbers on the same sheet(s) but she never highlights them never.  Just mine.  For a while it stopped then I found it just went to another individual.  They transferred/left went and it quickly went back to me.

When I started working for Kroger I had a coworker threaten me. I wrote a letter to management and even contacted corporate and the union. Kroger hates me and adores her. They got rid of evidence that she wasn't doing her job right and continue to allow her to be aggressive towards me. I now just ignore her. She's not my boss nor will she ever be. The next time she threatens me. I will call the police. Because Kroger and The Union does nothing to protect the ones who work hard and does everything to protect the ass kissers who are lazy.

Let her know she's not your boss and if she wants you to do something, she better ask and not tell. Then ignore her! I have to deal with someone just like that. All I have to do now is give her a certain look and she knows I don't care what she has to say.

Good point.  She is a bit of an ass kisser.  That's basically how she has all her job duties.
