You are so ignorant!  WOW!   KROGER IS NOT FORCED TO HIRE SPECIAL NEEDS PEOPLE.   Unfortunately, Kroger is full of fools JUST LIKE YOU who do not see a person, just see an disability, and want to TAKE ADVANTAGE of that person.  You are just one vehicle accident from being special needs yourself if you aren't already.  It's disgusting how some of you are so self-entitled.  I am 99.5% that you are no genius yourself.  Special needs people bleed red us like the rest of us.  Sorry that it is below you and that you live in a fantasy where you think you are absolutely perfect and should be able to pick and choose who you work with.   You have a right to work, but, GUESS WHAT, so do other people whether they are "special needs" or not.   Some of those people who you are referring to are actually much more intelligent than you will ever be.  I know of a young lady who has a college education, but because she is considered "different" (on the autism spectrum) she has to do twice the work to prove herself because of people like you with moronic attitudes.  People with special needs have the same hopes and dreams that all of us have.  There are laws on the books in regard to discrimination, but, unfortunately, we have a society that is extremely bias and would not recognize talent if it bit them on the butt.
