So I won a job bid for Assistant Meat Leader since the first Assistant Leader left, leaving a vacancy for that position. But that store has two Assistant Lead positions, will I become the first Assistant Lead or 2nd?
Well if they already had the position before you, why would you think you would be more qualified then them? Let not but the cart before the horse. I would suggest not worrying if your considered 1st or 2nd and just do the job to the top of your ability.
