What date are you requesting off? Single day click "My Time Off" click the day and then click the time frame your unavailable....submit. If your requesting off anything before the 17 your too late, you will have to contact your schedule writer.
Did you make sure and check the box at the bottom of the page that says this: I understand that all availability changes are requests and not guaranteed. Please discuss any questions you may have about your requests with your schedule writer. Thank you! It won't save unless you do this.
