I have helped in Produce before.  Mostly running Nutrition when it had its own set of aisles.  Moved a few potatoes around.  Unloaded 100's of produce trucks.

I have also worked a little in Frozen.  Icecream pallet is the most annoying and time consuming.  I have also conditioned the frozen department a few times.

It sux.  My fingers were in pain after an hour.  Then numb with no pain for the next hour.  Then, when my fingers warmed up, they ached again.

I prefer the Dry Grocery Department.  That's where the action is.

Frozen is a bit EASIER imo.  Most people hate it due to the cold, but you have to stratigize when working frozen if your hours are cut.  What I do is work ice-cream first ( due to the summer ), waffles.  The second guy he works vegetables, potatoes & chicken.  Lastly if we have time, meals & pizza aisle.  Produce you have to do inventory every 30 days I believe.  Frozen every 9 along with dry grocery & dairy.
