Know who's surveys matter in terms of store managers? Upper managers. District, division, regional, home office, baby. Know the only criteria needing met to either keep your managers, promote them----or ditch them?
P r o f i t. Don't be fooled for one second by sermons on anything else. Money is the only thing holy to these people.
