i get treated bad by my department. everyone makes me do the things they don't want to do. when i request a day off i needed she didnt give it to me but when the new girl requested a whole week off she got it. i was forced to scrub the floors for 2 hours before and i work 8 hours everyday and they only give me one 15 minute break.
If your contract is like ours you get a break every 4 hours you work. 4 hrs: 1-15 min break 6.5 hrs: 1-15 min break and 30 min lunch 8.5 hrs 2-15 min breaks and 30 min lunch By the sound of it, your supervisor is violating contract because I know 8 hrs would at least get you 1 15 minute break and a lunch. Contact your Union Steward
File a kroger ethics report with the company. I had to set my foot down at my last store because the company wasn't adhering to my reasonable ada requests when someone with less seniority than me was pulling more arrogance than me.
