And then someone else eavesdropping answers that person's question BEFORE you even get to answer the question?

I know someone just like that.  I just walk away and let her handle the situation.  I figure it's one less thing I have to worry about.

Not anymore.

The first time or two, it made me so angry that I just walked away.

And then as I walked away, I realized that I was off the hook, and that I was actually thrilled about not helping that customer.

I hate the customers, and I hate helping them.  I wish that would happen every time.

 I'm a customer and that's a pretty sad attitude. After all I make your small check possible!

 Definitely know PEOPLE like this for sure. But yep, I stopped getting mad about it or feeling some kind of way when they thanked the other person and totally acted like I never initially tried to help them in the first place. Because as I look at it, if the other person gave them the wrong info, or if it was an order that had gotten a mistake on it. It wasn't my buns in the fire.
