The funny thing about this....there is enough information in the view to actually determine who this customer is.
-Plastic Cards (Would be able to determine which Div)
-Last 4 of Plus Card Number
-Enough specific items to run a search with just beer, pop and paper plates

What's Kroger going to do if they were to track this guy down?

What is the point? Surviving capitalism my @$$...
I'd love to know what store this happened in.

We're so behind. We haven't been taught any of this stuff.

Yep. We pay more attention too. We had a staff meeting on this. Now when the alert pops up on the SCO terminals and our main one we AUTOMATICALLY zero in on what on the screen. After the ID check, we see something that wasnt rung up....guess what? The customer gets the pleasure (or what they consider a DISpleasure of using their scammed savings paying for  forgotten item). But ya know what? Deal with it....too f*cking bad!

And why would this guy boast about it?

They wouldn't really do anything, but I would think he would **** a brick if someone left him a VM with a warning or some other comment.

Alright, I'll be keeping an eye on this ID check exploit. What other Uscan scams should I be on the lookout for?

He does realize that it eventually it adds up to a felony for all the stuff you steal right?

Surely, a programmer will fix the glitch.

It appears the scale is turned off when an ID prompt comes up.

I saw a lady purchasing alcohol the other morning as I was leaving work.  She was talking nervously about how her

debit card should have a bar code to ease the transaction.

I left wondering if she was using this scam and nervously trying to distract the cashier with gibberish.
