So a customer bought some orange juice from our store goes home opens it and in the process cuts her finger. She comes back telling the front end about her situation and expects some sort of compensation. She was actually offered a 10 dollar gift card she said no that won't do. Store manager said well she isn't getting ****. She was expecting like a 50 dollar gift card or something for a tiny cut on her finger.. what??
