i believe an employee is eating ice cream out of the freezer. I found spoons and empty wrappers and half empty ice cream tubs laying under a pallet. I also founo Klondike bars under there. What should I do if I thinks it's an employee? Should I report this to a manager or local law enforcement officer? How can they catch people of they eat in the freezer?

Tell your manager, especially if you catch them. Law enforcement doesn't need to know about something that little.

It's a serious matter.  I'd suggest escalating it to the state police.

We don't know enough to tell if federal involvement is necessary at this point, but I wouldn't rule it out.

I get fre drinks from the fountain in deli. should be paying for it but im entitled to it
