Why do customers think if they complain to management or to someone in corporate the can get us fired. Half the time management just ask us what happened and brushed it off unless its something serious. like why try to get someone in trouble because they followed company policy and you think you entitled to something.

 Cause theyre losers and pieces of **** that want to ruin your day cause they got nothing else worthy in their life

Customers always seems to bring in racE into the conversation. Like I did not make up to policy i just follow it. Im sorry you cant use coupons for product you did not get or you dont have your ID to buy alcohol or I am not moving fast enough because your in a rush. Like get a life.

I think its hilrious that people actually try to get workers fired. Especially for stupid things like coupons not scanning or not getting exactly what they want. Its like, sure, go ahead and get me fired, but dont be bitching tomorrow when I dont have  job and need assistance paying my bills...

 I get a really bad attitude when some fu ck face says they dont have their ID for alcohol and try to cop a attitude with me. Like you really think im gonna go to jail lose my job just to sell you alcohol? I enjoy removing that **** and telling them to gtfo.

Welcome to retail. Also, if they complain enough theyll get something free every once and a while to appease them, or whatever. Its not about firing you as much as a 10 dollar gift card or reduced priced ribs.
