I used to work for Kroger & left about a month ago. For my 2 weeks notice I worked one week & my last week I used my personal days & vacation time which was like 25 or 21 hours. I never did receive my vacation check I only received my personal days check. Weeks ago I went to talk to the payroll manager and she said SHE NEVER PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM & thats she didnt noticed until a month after I had left, she said she put it in that same week I went to talk to her. Anyways she said she was going to call me & I left her my phone number & another week passed & nothing no call from her I called again and she wasnt there & I left a message for her to get back to me and nothing still . I was afraid of this happening since I heard that another employee went on vacation & also never received her vacation check & they were refusing to pay it so shes quit.
I suggest you go there IN PERSON. If she happens to be there when you go in, you can say "i must have missed your call. I NEVER got it. So, can i get my vacation check?" See what she says. If its still not there, you may have to go above her head to get it.

If you dont write it down in the log book you wont get paid for it.
