Any here can explain it to me a little? Says next job step is 500, so does that mean I wont get anymore raises when it rolls over to 500? No raise every 6 months or even yearly?
500 means you are topped out and won't receive a raise unless a contract gives you more raises.
Topped out at minimum wage. When they federally raise wages.
