I have noticed that none of the managers talk about our scores anymore. None of them say "We;ree at a dollar keep it up" or "We've dropped we need to bring our customer satisfaction score back up". They've said nothing since June of this year. It's now the end of November, We should have recieved a bonus check by now, but nothing has been said ad no check. Does anyone know what's going on?

The OP is talking about the "payout" or "bonuses" as a result of "fresh and friendly" scores. These occur about every 3 months. Some Kroger divisions do not have this program, but others do. Seems odd........a few months ago someone was posting about these bonuses, and some employees on this forum who were not in the Divisions affected acted like "what in the world are you all talking about?????"
It is in the Louisville division. Not sure what other divisions do this??? Seems odd that only parts of Kroger participate in it. Basically (And I don't understand the details clearly), after compiling the Fresh and Friendly OSAT scores over a three month period, so many cents (up to a full dollar in some cases) are paid out by Kroger for each hour that each employee worked during the preceding 3 months. So, if you worked (say, for example) an average of 27 hours per week, each week during the last 3 months, that would mean you would have worked (about) 324 hours total. so, lets say your district or store is giving a payout of 32 cents on the hour, you will get an extra paycheck for about 103 dollars. If anyone has better info or can clarify this, please do.
Why doesn't the Cincinnati division do this? We have the headquarters for the whole company but yet we're never the first division to have anything. I could use a bonus check, lol...
Anon Fan is right. I'm talking about the Fresh and Friendly Bonus. I am in Illinois. So, if anyone knows what is going on with this please let me know. I haven't heard about it lately. If we do get it still, it is late or we aren't doing it every 3 months, any more.

Actually, after taxes it would only be around 65 dollars. Bonus checks are taxed at a much higher rate, about 36%.
Not sure about Management bonuses, but I do know is that are getting rid of the Fuel points that were the incentive for the Fresh and Friendly quotas.
Well, there goes the quotas they want. I can guarantee you if they keep taking away incentives then no onenis going to even want to try any new program they come out with
I found out they didn't do away with the bonus checks. The store I'm at now, didn't meet the quota. Not enough satisfied customers. I guess that store never does. That should wake people up and let them know they need to put better people in charge. It should tell them their people aren't trained properly. Obviously the ones in charge now don't care about their jobs or the bad reputation they are giving the store.
