Both have continuous job fairs -- also known as high turnover?
Any Kroger-ites here that have worked at Amazon too?
Should I make the switch?
Online shopping is big. Kroger can't compete. Never hurts to research on the matter. The day my store ever closes Ill be sure to through a pie in some rude customers face. Either that or take a **** in one then throw it in their face.
I'll say this: from what I've learned of Kroger and the UFCW on this site, if you're gonna stick with retail, you prolly better stay at Kroger. Lot to be said about having a union----especially in retail

Prolly is not a word. The word is probably. Your sentence was grammatically perfect with proper punctuation and spelling. Why ruin it by misspelling probably?
A coworker of mine made the switch. He says it's just go go go all the time, with mandatory overtime for Prime Day and the entire holiday season. There's lots of favoritism, trying to metagame the metrics, assorted shenanigans, politics, severe risks of getting trapped in departments, and potential severe fallout from metagaming the metrics depending on the previous factors.
At $15/hour and mandatory overtime, you will probably make a heck of a lot more at Amazon, but it will probably be absolutely awful.
