How about focusing on the EMPLOYEES instead-and bettering their hourly salaries and benefits?!?

Im sure they're well aware, but they gotta give themselves something they can pat themselves on the back over and make them look good like every other company. They dont really have anything that makes them stand out IMO

The vast majority of short dated, out of date, damaged, distressed and "ugly" product still ends up going down the trash shoot at every store. Kroger pretends like they don't know this and continues to turn a blind eye. It's all just a big corporate circle jerk.

 ...........Has said every expendable, non management employee at every company in this country all throughout time. 

It's never happened before, it ain't happenin now, and it will NEVER happen in the future.

so are all their stupid programs, freshness scores have never reached 60% company wide and so are all their unattainable numbers

 I orientation/training we had to take those computer courses, and one taught us about their charity program, where they give food to charities... except that we don't give any food to charities, ever! It all goes in the compost/trash.

I don't understand Kroger at all.  If you want to keep employees, pay them a decent wage in order for them to live.  A better paid associate will go beyond the call of the duty, especially if they're doing extra already.
