I have been working 40-44 hours for a while now. How many weeks do you have to work 40 hours to be bumped to full time? Also Would Holiday Pay(Christmas) be included in the average hours per week?
It's twelve consecutive weeks at 40 hours. Holiday pay does not count. They only count the hours you actually work.
It's impossible. Once you get close, you get you get a week or two at minimum hours.
