Scammers calling me I played along with them while staying in a motel connected to motel's wi fi. I let them connect to my laptop I was using a spare hard drive so no harm to my computer. They showed me some things claiming my computer was infected and then they typed this on notepad.
A Hindi guy named Oliver? Yeah. Definately a scammer. Kind of like the Prince Of Gems from Africa named David. I called him out too and his response was i will recieve NO gems (who cares) and that he was going to aend Shiva to get me. (Hindu god/goddess) i laughed and responded with Sheeva? Like Mortal Kombat? The response was he i was a bastard and he hoped an elephabt took a **** on my shoes.

I tried to call back and it would not go through it's been a few weeks since this happened. I am using a text now number not my real number. Oh yea and those prices to fix. $2000.00 being the highest. I could buy a new computer for that. That is why they are so fun to mess with.

The Anonymous troll must be the scammer. 478-239-8985 thats my number call and lets play
While I admit that what you did to the scammer was good, I did try to warn you about letting the trolls know what your previous forum name was. Now you put your number down. You're only letting the harassment get worse.

One thing you DO NOT want to do... if an unknown number calls and asks if you speak english (or qhatever your native language is, or if your name is xxx (even if its correct) DO NOT SAY YES. What they do is they have a program to record your responses. And if you say Yes, then they can use that to set you up with a whole bunch of "debt" or other "agreements" that can be legally binding and NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to get out of. Thats why when i get a call like that i hang up.

I have heard of the "yes" scam. Most of the time when they call now I ask "Are you a chutia"? It means idiot in Hindi. One time I called them and said I have an error on my computer. They said what is the error? I said it saids Chute Chute Chute Chutia. He asked if I had an error that said mother mother mother motherf*****. Doing that is just so fun to me I would mess with these scammers all day. I have had them admit to me they like scamming. I asked what if someone scammed your mother or dad. His response was I do not care about those people.

The best thing to do is ignore them. They are nothing but INBRED TROLLS, that are not worthy of responding to. I usually just hang up on them or ignore the call entirely.

No I would never give my credit card. And if they connect to my computer at home it is my old computer connected to my guest network they cannot access my other computers.

Yes I got where most of the time I do ignore them. But sometimes I answer to play around and the Tech Support calls have stopped. I used to get them like every day claiming to be from Dell and they knew my serial number and my name probably even knew my address but I am still alive and nothing has happened to me.
