Kroger is Thinking,"1950s," While Others are Thinking 2020

All of the managers at our store are trying to compete with Walmart by spying on their store next door or buying the same equipment they have table-tops & other gadgets.  Kroger JUST launched Kroger-ship not to long ago and Click-list at our store.  Almost about 15 years behind Amazon & Walmart.  The marketplace is changing.  Soon we'll have cashierless stores to compete with Amazon-Go stores.  Tons of properities going out of business where I am and Amazon won't be too scared or afraid to build one near us.  What I'm trying to say is that Kroger needs to get out of the old-fashioned type of thinking and into the future if all of us want to keep our jobs and see the company go further.

I'm a hardworker and will always find a job.  I've worked Janitorial to construction.  But what about the people who've invested almost 20 years to be showed the door due to a store closing?  Most people can't just pack up and leave like that, too costly.
