Associate survey/input?

Is there an email address to the people who read those associate surveys for input? I realize it's probably intentional that they limit you on the number of characters you're able to type in, but I have an actual list of legitimate complaints that I'd like to submit. Can't hurt to try.

It is my guess (or vague understanding) the online surveys are (by the computer program in place) automatically directed to the correct division offices around the country, and at least some percentage of them are read by employees in those division offices.......some employees assigned to that job read a sampling very day. The survey comments are sent on to the individual stores, as the code numbers embedded in the receipt ( which the customer enters into the online survey form), identifies the store/time/checkout lane, and so the comments end up in a queue for each particular store.

The list is also automatically sent, by email, to all those on the relevant email list (corporate positions, coordinators, store managers, co-managers, dept heads and dept back-ups).  So many people actually have the ABILITY to read them if they want to, but it is doubtful that many of those actually do, because of time constraints, or lack of interest.

Then, theoretically, the emailed survey results/comments are supposed to be printed out and displayed in the breakroom or where ever , so the "bottom of the ladder" employees can also look at them.   This doesn't happen in many stores because the management in many stores are apathetic and more than happy to keep their employees "in the dark" about feedback received, especially good feedback that uplifts employees.

That's my story and I am sticking with it.

Yes, there is an actual PLACE online to direct specific complaints about Kroger or anything that happened in its stores. You do have to fill out the form online with some information about yourself including your email address and phone number (they are required), specific store location, what you are complaining about, etc.

Other information you provide, such as name and mailing address is optional.

Here is the link............ Save the link!

And, just to make it clear, this is a different URL and is not the same place where ONLINE SURVEY COMMENTS (from the code numbers on the purchase receipt) are made. These are two separate things.
