For some reason my availability changed to times I am not available. When I went into great people I tried to change my availability to the correct times and I get an error message saying overlapping times for existing requests. Except I don't have any existing requests. What d the problem? Who do I contact to fix this?

Contact the Kroger Support Center at 800-952-8889. Speak the key term ExpressHR when prompted, or dial 47.
You most likely but selected "unavailable" instead of "available" when entering your information. Just tell your schedule write your issue and your availability, they will most likely just have to update it themselves.
so this crap has been going on for weeks now, and i called support and they don't know how to resolve it. It seems that you can never change your availability now. So sad. It's odd however that the system thinks you have past requests when you don't. KROGER sucks at tech, that's just fact.
