i work at krogers and i work with a guy who makes you mad on purpose.i asked him 3 times in front of customers to help bag groceries and he looks at me a smiles and walks away -he is lazy,rude,mean and vendictive.i have complained to the boss and managers and was told they will not get rid of him and this happens every single time i work with him.HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO?? hes black btw...
Cut him some slack jack! For some reason, his family must not be eligible to receive government assistance so, he has to "work." He dindu nuffin ta no body!
If he won't do the job then tell him to get out of the way so you can do it. If he says anything, ignore him. He's going to do whatever he wants. Let him and do your thing. The management will eventually figure out that they have to deal with him.

They could be afraid to fire him because he's black cuz they are afraid of getting sued for being racist. Yeah I know it sounds stupid but that **** actually happens. Lots of companies are afraid of this.

It's happened at my store more times than I would like to remember. And it's easier to do what I posted above. Customers will see him standing around while your doing the job. They will come to your lane more often than his.
