I went to mytaxform.com and it keeps saying my username and pin are incorrect so I click forgot pin and put in all the info they ask for then it says they cannot verify the information at this time.

Anyone else have this problem? Will Kroger still send me a paper w-2? I figured they would have by now. I am getting pretty frustrated. My computer has my username and PIN saved from last year but apparantly they don't work this year..
