I am part time and was thinking about transferring from grocery to frozen. Is there a sheet you have to fill out or ask a manager? Can my current department head prevent me from being moved?
When I switched departments I just talked to management. My department head couldn't stop me from transferring despite them not wanting me to leave. So good luck pal.
I would say normally that manager have the main say in department transfer happening or not, however frozen is still part of grocery so that will probable be up to the department head
