My Money got stuck in the lottery machine and when I asked this associate for help they were just useless... He didnt know a thing.So hes standing there with this blank look on his face and asked me should I get the manager? like really? I see this sad employee most of the time I go in to shop and the only thing he seems to know how to do is pick his nose and pull his pants out of his butt.
I don't know what to do. I spent like $50 in that machine (it got stuck twice), but I didn't win anything and the service desk wouldn't let me return my tickets. Can you guys help me at all? Should I talk to the store manager? Thanks...
